How to choose an inspection method
VT and PT are ideal for surface discontinuities. MT is used on ferromagnetic materials. UT and PAUT evaluate the interior of critical components. RT provides radiographic evidence when access or geometry requires it. The right combination depends on the material, thickness, and type of discontinuity being detected.
Standards and codes we work with
We work in accordance with ASME (Sections V, VIII, IX), AWS D1.1, API 1104, SNT-TC-1A, ISO 9712, and applicable ASTM standards, based on the specific requirements of each project and client.
Inspector qualification
Our technical personnel are qualified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and ISO 9712, with certification levels appropriate to the method and scope of each service.
